LPD and LPF series pigtailed laser diode modules are high-performance laser packages. One or two stage isolator can be used to reduce back reflection for telecom wavelengths such as 1310 and 1550 nm. Special care is taken to reduce or eliminate Fabry-Perot effect for highly sensitive applications such as interferometers.
The large flange allows for both easy mounting and TEC attachment. Their sizeable aluminum bodies also functions as an adequate heat sink for normal lab environment.
